Cancellation Policy
*If a customer decides to have a regular window cleaning service on a 4 or 8 weekly basis, the customer must give 1 months notice of a termination of the service. *Cancellations for holidays etc are permitted without notice. *Customers will be notified that their windows are going to be cleaned the day before the service. *After a clean is complete, the team will leave a ticket in the customers post box to let the customer know that their windows have been cleaned. *Payment is to be made in any of the below ways, after the service has been completed: Bank Transfer - This is Window Ninjas preferred payment method. Cash - Collection either after the service is completed, on the same day or on Thursday or Friday evenings when collections are made. Card Payment/contactless - Either after the service is completed, on the same day or on Thursday or Friday evenings when collections are made.
