Service Description
Get sparkling clean windows with our expert window cleaning service, leaving your home or office looking bright and beautiful. Our team uses an eco-friendly purified water system and state-of-the-art high reach equipment to provide an efficient and environmentally friendly service.
Cancellation Policy
*If a customer decides to have a regular window cleaning service on a 4 or 8 weekly basis, the customer must give 1 months notice of a termination of the service. *Cancellations for holidays etc are permitted without notice. *Customers will be notified that their windows are going to be cleaned the day before the service. *After a clean is complete, the customer will receive an invoice via text or email. *Payment is to be made in any of the below ways, after the service has been completed: Bank Transfer - This is Window Ninjas preferred payment method. Go-Cardless Payments - Work similar to direct debits. More information can be found in the welcome pack. Cash - Collection either after the service is completed, on the same day or on Thursday or Friday evenings when collections are made. Card Payment/contactless - After the service is completed.
